General Instructions for students

RULES OF THE SCHOOL

Students must report to school by 8.30 a.m. Late coming to school will not be entertained.

The student's name, class and section should be clearly written on all his/her belongings.

On birthdays, the student may gift a Sapling to the school or a book to the library.

CODE OF CONDUCT

The school should be informed either telephonically about the absence of the ward and produce the leave letter
before/after availing leave.
Half a day/short leave is discouraged. Gate passes will be issued only in case of emergency. ( medical/untoward incident)
Respect for school property is important. Any damage done accidentally should be reported at once to the class teacher
or the office. Compensation is levied for any damage caused to the school property.
If a student comes to school by own transport, he/she should not leave before the parent/attendant arrives. In case of delay, the student must report to the school office.
Personal items such as cell phones/ electronic gadgets/ computer games/ accessories etc. are prohibited in the school.
The school is not responsible for losing money/articles in the premises.
Posting irrelevant information about the school or any other related content in the social media network will be viewed seriously by the management.

Instructions for Library

The library is the nerve centre of an institution. The student should remember the following to get the best out of it.

All students of the school are members of the library.
Strict discipline and silence are to be observed in the library.
Library books can be issued and returned during the library period of the class only and not during any teaching period.
Marking, underlining, cutting, and erasing pages of books are strictly prohibited. The borrower is liable to pay the fine if the librarian detects any such damage to the library books.
The librarian may recall a book at any time in case of urgency.
Library books must be deposited at least one week before leaving the school or any break and one month before any vacation.

TRANSPORT INSTRUCTIONS

School provides transport with a GPS facility connecting all main centres of the city and suburbs as an option for all students and teachers. Transport fee is amicable, and routes are well-planned.

Buses are provided for commuting and trips organized by the school.

Students who use the school bus should follow the instructions stated below.

Report at the scheduled stop 5 minutes before the exact time of the arrival of the bus
Students should board the bus (route) allotted. If a student wants to get down at a different place, he/she should submit a request signed by the parent to the Principal/ office and obtain special permission for the same.
To avail/discontinue/change bus facility, the parent should fill out the transport form available at the school reception.
One-month prior notice is to be given to discontinue the bus facility.

AT SCHOOL

DURING LUNCH

Develop your belongingness to the school and utilise the facilities provided by the school properly.

You should come in line along with your classmates anywhere inside the school campus.

You should take part in assembly programs.

You should behave politely with your juniors as well as with your seniors.

DURING LUNCH

No food is to be taken outside the canteen. All food should be eaten only inside the canteen.
Maintain table manners during the lunch
You should not waste food. Get the required quantity of food when you are served.
Students are supposed to sit with their classmates under the supervision of their class teacher and respect teachers' instructions.
Ensure the food place is left clean for the next person. If not clean, inform the custodian immediately.

AT CLASSROOM

You should maintain the cleanliness of the classroom by dropping the waste in the dustbin.
You should move in line whenever you go out along with other students to attend the classes for dance, yoga, sloka, etc...

You should maintain discipline outside the school campus.
